Welcome back from Titan SD hiatus.
From demand, Titan SD will be revived (hopefully).
Clean DKP charts, Clean banned tables.
Those of you who have already received a unique item in the past will not be eligible to receive the same item again.
The judgement on level cap and sitouts is still undecided.
FOR NOW, the level requirement is still level 38+.

Basics
-------------------
Level 38+
Gear Requirements: Minimum +7 upgrade. Hat, Armor, Gloves, Boots, and Weapon of the highest grade 2 E gear. Exceptions are made only if some of your armor makes up for the rest of it. For examples, a +9 chest will make up for +5 boots/gloves/hat. We dont care about cape, mask, rings.
Each person is allowed one character per raid.
Each person is allowed to roll only for one class for that raid. It is YOUR responsibility to pick a rolling class you can roll for (you must have a character lv 38+ of it). We won't be checking if you have another character of that class lv 38+ until you actually win a bid.
The purpose of the raid is to equip Titans with Uniques in order to counter the Olympians.
Uniques are distributed to be USED, and EFFICIENTLY.
Therefore.
Uniques cannot be sold/traded.
Each person can have only one of a unique.
If you already have a unique piece, you may not get another from our raid even if you did not get that unique piece from our raid.
We have the right to deny you of a Unique.
Points cannot be sold/traded/transferred.
NO Negative DKP. Don't have the points? Well... then how can you bid.
Points

+2 points for attending.
+2 points for successful raid.
-2 points for excessive d/c, afk, dying, leaving. (leaving is for when we fail a run and you have no time to do another run)
-2 points for pre-aggroging the dragon. (only if its the persons first raid is this forgiven)
-1 point for having to leave the raid and not leave party.
If you continue to display any of these negative dkp attributes, you may be banned from raid.
Judgement of if you get negative dkp is dependent on the person doing dkp for that day.
Judgement for banning will be discusses with the leaders of the Titan-SD system.

Costs

-50 points for Unique Armor/Weapon
-30 points for Unique Boots/Gloves
The number of points determines who has authority over getting the unique item.
So if player A has 100 points and player B has 80 points, player A wins and loses only 50 points if they were bidding on a weapon.

Bidding
--------------------
At the end of the 2nd raid, the bidding for the Uniques that dropped will take place.
"Bidding on _________"
This is where you type I, or me, or something to say that you want to bid on the Unique.
Once we have a list of people who want to bid, we will look at the points list and see who has the most points.
If there is in fact a tie.
We will have a livestream roll.

We will roll a die. The people rolling will pick odds or evens or a selection of numbers depending on how many people are rolling.

Storage

In the event that no one who can bids on a unique weapon/armor. It will go to Storage.
1. The Unique will be attempted to be traded for another faction's/guild's unique that that particular raid (main or alt) needs.
2. The Unique will be traded/given to the other raid.
3. We will keep the Unique in storage and you will be allowed to bid on it. (After minimum of 2 days, dependent on what the storage item is.)
To bid on a storage item, you must post in the storage thread for that raid. You must say your in game name and the item you bid for.
Storage prices are twice the amount as regular.
100 points for armor/weapon.
60 points for boots/gloves.
Storage gears are NOT class restricted. In other words, if your rolling class is archer, you can still bid for say, priest gear. However we do require that if you want to do that, you must have a character of lv 38+ for the unique of which you wish to roll.

Sitouts

In the event that more than 30 people show up to raid, which they have done, those who were not able to participate in raid will still get the points for the raid on the conditions that.
1. You did party match the raid party leader.
2. You are at snow mountain at the snow dragon raid entrance for the entire duration of the raid, you are there before we go in and after we come out.
3. You are not late. If you arrive after we entered dungeon, you are late.
4. You may not get points if you have been sitting out for more than two days. So if you have been to the last 4 raids and sat out, you will not get points if you sit out again.
5. If you have been inactive from raid, you will not get points for showing up one day and sitting out. You must participate.
6. You are not afk when we check if you are afk while sitting out, before we go in, and after we come out.
7. Because some guilds are doing their own SD raids, we require that the people that attend those raids must use their coins in order to get points for ours, and thus will not be allowed to sit out. This is because we feel that they shouldn't be able to get points for going to our raid and sitting out when they don't even have the coins to enter our raid. IF in fact this gets out of hand and we are not able to track who attends those raids, we have the right to revoke the sit-out policy entirely.
Note: It is best to watch your screen for what drops. Sometimes we may forget and bidding will be in party chat - you will need to pm or tell the party leader in some way if you want to bid on what dropped. If the pop-up message for what dropped does not show up, then you better be in contact with someone inside the party. Most people ask what dropped? when the party exits the dungeon if the message does not show up.

My Points Are Wrong

1. Check if the points have been updated.
2. Find which raid number you are missing points on.
3. Check the raid history list and see if you are on it.
4. Prepare a message with the following: Which raid (Main/Alt), Which Raid Numbers, and if you are in raid history or wish to prove you were there.
5. Post that message on the raid thread OR send a mail in game to the person currently doing points.
After 10 raids, we will not fix your points. So check your points and tell as ASAP.

We reserve the right to make any adjustments we see fit to the raid.

Because raids are new and it would be useless to retain uniques until someone has enough points, we will be allowing negative dkp until the first person hits 50 points.

Alright, cool beans. It's nice to see raids back up.
@Andrea: The chart is viewable now, thanks. Just a quick question, is there going to be a thread to list which class you're rolling for? And when will the choice be due by?
